Self Care: How balanced is your life?
All of us experience daily levels of stress living cross-culturally – what varies is how we cope with that stress.
This seminar offers a holistic vantage point in how we can take better care of ourselves or perform “check-ups” to determine how we are adjusting to new seasons in our lives: spiritually, physically, emotionally, and mentally. Loosely based on Dr. Karl Albrecht’s four common types of stress, we will utilize group and individual moments to share from our experiences, trials, and victories. Come prepared to share and to learn from others.
